Is your child starting kindergarten this year or next year? The Farmington Community Library (FCL) has a new resource to help them build the skills they need for a successful start to school!
Getting Ready for Kindergarten Kits are now available to check out with an FCL card. Each kit includes hands-on learning materials to help children practice skills such as fine motor development, writing, number and letter recognition, counting, and pre-reading.
Not sure what to do with all the materials? Each kit comes with a folder full of fun and engaging ideas for using the items together. You can also visit the Children's Department at either FCL location for help and suggestions.
Kits are available to check out at both Library locations with an FCL card.
