Grab your Farmington Community Library (FCL) card and your creativity and sign up for a Fiero Code account to enter this free coding competition for all ages!
In the Jurassic Code challenge, you'll create a digger-style game where your character tunnels underground in search of gems. Collect as many gems as possible—but watch out! If you awaken a robosaur, there's a good chance it will try to eat you.
Fiero Code is an online coding platform available free to FCL cardholders thanks to funding from the Bosch Community Fund. Whether you're brand new to coding or looking to build your skills, Fiero Code offers self-paced, gamified lessons in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and more. The platform is designed for learners of all ages, from kids to adults.
