Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Farmington Author & Book Festival! The vendor application form closed at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3. We hope that you will consider being a vendor at next year's Festival!

Vendors who have been accepted will receive email confirmation of their approval pending payment on April 9. Remaining vendors will receive email confirmation on April 9 of their waitlist status pending any openings due to cancelation. Vendors are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Submitting this form is not a guarantee that you will be a vendor.

Fees for table rental are set as low as possible to ensure equitable access to the Festival. The prices listed below are enough to cover the cost of rental fees assumed by the Festival.

General Vendor Information

  • We are renting 6-foot long tables and tents. If you wish to be a vendor at this event, you must rent a table from us. 

  • Vendors may choose to rent a full table for $65 or a half table (split with one other vendor) for $40 

  • This event will be held outdoors underneath tents, the event will be held rain or shine. 

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own chairs and facilitating their own payment transactions 

  • The marketplace hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; vendors are expected to staff their table for the entirety of these hours. The keynote event with Carolyn Forché will follow from 5-7 p.m.

  • Vendors keep 100% of the proceeds from their sales 

  • There are several food vendors and bathrooms available within walking distance of the Festival
